SUMMARY:Seminar on Planning & Threatened Species Laws in the ACT
DESCRIPTION:Environmental Defenders Office will be presenting a workshop series in Canberra this November hosted by the Conservation Council ACT (and with assistance from the ACT Government). \nFind out about new ACT laws regulating planning and development\, how development is assessed\, and how to comment on a proposed development\, amendment to the Territory Plan or raising a breach of the Planning Act.
