The first of our 2016 environment exchange events will explore climate policy in the ACT. Join leading climate scientist Prof Will Steffen and local experts to find out what Canberra can do next on climate change. With a new global climate deal, and cities and regions committing to 100% renewable energy, it's time to prepare for climate change and reach zero emissions fast.

What: Forum with expert speakers, Q&A and opportunities to get involved to secure strong climate action in Canberra. Lunch is provided.

Who: Prof Will Steffen, leading climate scientist & Phoebe Howe, Conservation Council ACT Region - more speakers to be confirmed.

When: 12-2pm, Thursday 25 February (lunch provided)
