The ACT Government is developing a new plan for managing our natural resources for the next 20 years. This document will provide an over-arching perspective of natural resource management across land tenures in the ACT, and forms the basis of funding priorities going forward. The government has released a discussion paper about the new plan, on which consultation closes 28th May 2021.

To help member groups better understand and have input into the NRM Plan, a significant opportunity for investment in our natural resources over the next 5-10 years, we will be facilitating a discussion with ACT Government representatives on Wednesday May 5th, 5-6pm at the Conservation Council Office. Frank Garofalow from EPSDD will provide an overview of the process, the opportunities for input and answer any questions that you may have.

If you missed the event, please contact Maddie for the link to the recording.
