Canberra community radio 2XX is celebrating 50 years on-air this year.
The station is celebrating in lots of ways, not least of course with a radio show: People Powered 50 Years. If you’re tempted to tune in or listen via podcast, you’ll hear stories from across the decades, told by the people who made 2XX what it is today.
The station has touched the lives of so many people, and there’s lots to share.
If you are in Canberra between June 6 and September 6, you won’t want to miss an exhibition on the story of 2XX at the Canberra Museum and Gallery (CMAG).
Drop in to soak up the radio vibes from the 1970s, ‘80s, ‘90s and onward.
