Now is a crucial time to make your voice heard on the future of the Upper Murrumbidgee River.
Until 4 August, you can provide feedback on the draft report by the Independent Review Panel who reviewed the Snowy Water Inquiry Outcomes Implementation Deed — a review which looked at ways to improve the health of the Upper Murrumbidgee and Snowy Rivers. The Panel’s own draft report warns that without change, this river faces a gradual death. That is a stark warning, and one we cannot afford to ignore.
Not sure what to say? The Conservation Council has put together a guide to responding to the survey, including suggested answers you can use. Click HERE to access it.
To provide your views, simply complete the short multiple choice survey here by Tuesday 4 August 2026  — it only takes a few minutes.Â
