Why city limits?

Canberra can’t sprawl forever. It’s bad for our bush, bad for our climate and bad for keeping our community together. Over 2,000 Canberrans have already called on the ACT Government to deliver on their promise to set city limits, but after 17 months of waiting, we’re still entirely in the dark about where that line will be drawn. So, we’re drawing the line ourselves—with our dancing shoes! We are hitting the pavement to form a massive, record-breaking Nutbush line dance to call on the ACT Government to follow through on their promise to set city limits and to thereby protect Canberra’s Western Edge from suburban sprawl development for generations to come.

Who should come?

Everyone! We need over 350 people to make this Canberra’s Biggest Nutbush, so come along and bring your friends and family too! Don’t know the steps? Don’t worry, it’s easy to pick-up and you can watch this video to brush up beforehand!
